Held at various locations on the Malvern Hills, the Outdoor Group Fitness sessions take place on:

  • Monday at 6:30am

  • Wednesday at 7:00am

  • Friday at 6.30am & 7.30am

Suitable for all ages and abilities, these sessions are limited to 10 people, so I can focus on your technique and individual movements, ensuring you will get the most out of the workout without putting undue stress on your body or risking injury.

We typically use bodyweight, bands, logs and benches. We run, jump and crawl, do burpees, planks, squats & press-ups. No two workouts are alike but by attending each session you are guaranteed to improve your fitness and strength.

Along with the hard work, we like to have fun, so cursing and laughing are most definitely allowed and encouraged! The views are amazing and you’ll start your day invigorated and positive!

Outdoor Group Fitness sessions are available to purchase by the calendar month at a cost of £9 per session.

The Health Screening Form must be completed before attending, if you have not already done so, please click here before booking.

“Sarah’s Outdoor Group Fitness sessions are a great way to start the day. Sarah creates an environment that is fun, engaging, inclusive with just the right amount of motivation to push yourself a little harder to get the results you want. I always finish with a smile on my face and feel set up for the rest of the day.”

Zoom Fitness Classes

Get your workout in before breakfast and without leaving your house! Our Zoom classes provide a choice of easing gently into the day with Core & Stretch or hitting the ground running with a high intensity cardio and strength workout.

Both of our Zoom classes are 45 minutes long, so they can easily fit into your morning routine. They are also recorded and available to stream for one week after the class. Our Zoom Fitness classes take place on:

  • Tuesday at 6:00am for Core & Stretch | 7:00am for HIIT & Tone

  • Thursday at 6:00am for Core & Stretch | 7:00am for HIIT & Tone

Sarah’s Core & Stretch class has been designed to help runners and cyclists or anyone taking part in outdoor activities to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance.  It also releases any tight bits from repetitive movements or from sitting at a desk all day.

Cardio/Strengh picks up the pace, using a combination of strength and cardio to really work up a sweat! Changing the routine each session keeps your body guessing and maximises results, but generally we include 10 minutes of high intensity cardio with some tough strength exercises to maximise muscle mass and bone density - key for good health!

You’ll need a mat, and in addition, some dumbbells for the Cardio/Strength session.

Zoom classes cost £32 per month and include all four classes each week. If you aren’t an early bird, recordings are available for seven days after the live class.

The Health Screening Form must be completed before attending, if you have not already done so, please click here.

“Have been meaning to send this email to you for some time. Just to let you know, I am really enjoying the HIIT classes you do each week. I always feel great afterwards and full of energy (surprisingly!). I can also see little improvements in my body shape which is always a plus and feel my muscles are much firmer. So thank you!”

“My PT sessions with Sarah have been the focal point of a much needed lifestyle reboot. Week by week she has worked on my running technique, one bad habit at a time, giving me specifics to work on in between. When I started I could barely jog 5k and recently I covered a half marathon, my first at the age of 49. The sessions have been about more than just running technique and the tips she has given me from general fitness to diet and nutrition have allowed me to see and feel a real change. On top of all this it has been fun! Hard work but still fun.”
